Airsofting
Today I went airsofting with some friends. It is kind of like paintball, except you use little plastic pellets that don't go as fast or hurt nearly as much as paintball. It was fun. Thankfully, it didn't rain. We were at a spot called the pit until all the dirt bikers and quaders came and ran us out. We then went to another spot that had more trees. I built a fort to use as cover. Unfortunately, we had to leave before I was able to use the Alamo. We then got lunch from Dominoes. It was their customer appreciation day, so a large pizza was only $4.99. What a deal. Overall, it was a fun day.

I think you may have been disallusioned about airsoft. If you get a good airsoft gun, it goes just about as fast and is more accurate than paintball. And trust me, it can hurt just as much. This is from someone who has just about bled from being hit by an airsoft bb.
We we paintball the guns are at 300fps. With high end airsoft $200 and up, shoot about 450, and are full auto. But I would disagree on airsoft being more accurate eric, a paintball is heaver, and if you have a good gun/barrel/c2o it would beat airsoft anyday. Airsoft many be able to shoot farther, but the wind pushes those little bbs hard.

Okay, but until you've used an airsoft sniper rifle, you can't say that paintball is always more accurate. You also don't have to spend 200 to get a good airsoft gun, and after you have the gun, you don't have to buy paint or CO2, just cheap bb's.
On top of all that, airsoft guns actually look and feel more like real guns. And the accessories available are far greater.
I will agree that the wind has a greater effect on airsoft. There are advantages to both. I never said airsoft was better, I just said it brings its own advantages to the table.

hey dan, it just so happens thatwhenever i go to my uncle's house i use a sniper rifle and since it's eectric, it hurts like a sharp needle poking into your hundreds of times. my cuzin gotit for something like 120bucks. so like your friend eric said, you have to use a sniper rifle, a pistol, and a regular one to judge it to paintball.

ok arir softing is fun and so is paintball but airsofting is more tactical. you cant just run around like a bunck of idiots because youll get torn up by bb's......
go and play with a minigun in airsoft and then tell me its not better than paintball.
