Today was the last day of my Spanish class. To celebrate, our class was having a party. We were going to have a potluck, and watch a Spanish movie. My sister is also in that class, and we decided to bake something to take. It was also worth extra credit points if you made something to bring, especially if it was an authentic dish. We decided to make Churros. The baking process went well, I only got slightly burned by the boiling oil used to fry the dough once. I think they turned out well, and were quite tasty. I think the class thought so too.
