Godzilla Lecture

Today was my third day of classes, and the first day I had an assignment due. So far at least, classes are going well. I am starting to form a bit of a daily routine, which helps me stay productive with my time. In my monsters class today, we spent 40 minutes evaluating and computing the size of Godzilla based on movie footage. It was really interesting and fun. I feel like I am going to really enjoy that class.

Predestined Politics

Today I had my political geography class for the first time. According to the teacher and where I sat in the class today compared to resource distribution in the world, the best grade I can get in the class is a C. Hopefully that isn't the case.

New Classes

Today was my first day of classes. As far as first days go, it wasn't too bad. I don't really like my Calculus class, but that isn't a surprise. I've been out of math for over a year, but need to take this class if I want to minor in economics, which I should. The other class I had today is about monsters, I think it will be a really fun class. Tomorrow I have my political science class for the first time. After a short workout, I made a much needed visit to the hot tub this afternoon.

Mistaken

Today started with some disturbing news. For the past month, I thought classes started on Wednesday. However, this morning, I awoke to a text from my sister saying that classes actually start tomorrow. It wasn't exactly how I wanted to start the day. I was able to recover, well not quite mentally, but otherwise. In other words, I went to the bookstore and spent a lot of money I didn't want to spend on books I don't want to read.

Student Again

Today I got a ride back to college. It was nice being home with the family, and I miss them already. However, it was really nice to see some of my college friends again. I already went over to a friend's house to watch a movie and eat pizza. I also ate some chinese takeout, I feel like a college student again.

Last Day Home

Today was my last full day home during this break. Overall, it has been nice to be home. It has been really nice to be with the whole family. However, I am looking forward to returning to school. Well, at least back to college, I'm not really looking forward to classes much. It will be good to be in some sort of a routine again which classes and school work will necessitate.

Run Fun

Today was the first day of the new year. Even though the weather wasn't very nice, I wanted to start the new year off by running. It was also part of my resolution to run, not necessarily to run more, because I run quite a bit, but to keep up the habit and hopefully continue to enjoy it. And if I could enjoy running through the rain, wind and cold today after being tired from staying up late last night, then it was a good start to my resolution.
